Aman Chandra Kaushik is a Scientist at AbCodeBio, Shanghai China. Previously, he received his postdoctoral from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, China and University of Texas, USA. He received his Ph.D. in Bioinformatics from the Gautam Buddha University, India while also researching at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, Israel. His research focuses on developing computational methods to drive biological discoveries and medical innovations that will benefit public health by analyzing and modeling large-scale biomedical data, especially cancer genomics data. Aman had published over 100 journal papers (with 2100+ citations) in leading computational biology journals. He developed different machine learning tools WeiBI, ACPS, DTI-CDF, SPVec and A-CaMP have had an impact on system based medicine. Many computational models he developed have significantly contributed to the studies in the areas that he worked on. Also, he uses unique proteomics and computational approaches to understand signaling heterogeneity in cancer. Increasing this knowledge will be invaluable in advancing personalized cancer therapies. Currently, Aman is particularly interested in cancer Biology, including functional genomics, particularly systems pharmacology to understand the impact of human variation on drug response.
