Dr. Kirti Aggarwal is a dedicated academic professional with over a decade of teaching experience in higher education. Currently, she serves as an Assistant Professor in the MBA Department at Vaish College of Engineering, Rohtak, where she plays a crucial role in mentoring students and fostering academic excellence.
Dr. Aggarwal earned her Ph.D. in Finance, focusing her research on “Human Resource Disclosure Practices in the Indian Corporate Sector”. Her scholarly contributions have garnered recognition both nationally and internationally, with numerous publications in reputed journals. Her research interests lie in accounting and finance, and she has published various research papers, including 09 Scopus Indexed, 05 in UGC-CARE List, and 01 in UGC Approved journals. She has actively participated in several academic conferences, providing valuable insights into finance, business strategies, and management practices.
Beyond her academic responsibilities, Dr. Aggarwal is deeply involved in editorial work. She serves as an Editorial Member of 21 national and international journals and is a Reviewer for 32 reputed journals (including some Scopus Indexed).
