With over 17 years of extensive experience in teaching, training, research, and corporate sectors, Dr. Meenakshi Kaushik has established herself as a distinguished professional in the fields of Human Resources, Organizational Behavior, Values & Ethics, and as a Motivational and Personal Development Trainer. Currently, she serves as a Professor and Dean at the Trinity Institute of Innovations in Professional Studies, affiliated with Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, Dwarka.
Dr. Kaushik’s academic journey is marked by her Ph.D. thesis, “A Study of Leadership Effectiveness in Women Executives in Context of Delhi-Based Business Organizations,” which provides valuable theoretical and empirical insights into leadership development strategies among women leaders. Her dedication to advancing education is further evidenced by her role as a PhD supervisor at Aligarh Muslim University (AMU, Central University), where she mentors the next generation of scholars. Additionally, she is frequently invited as an expert to conduct Viva Voce examinations for PhD students at Aligarh Muslim University (AMU, India) showcasing her deep involvement in academic evaluation and mentorship.
